Who runs Pinco, and is the licence real?
Carlitta N.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1516/0841. Check the domain printed on the regulator’s certificate. A real licence number on one site does not prove that every similar domain is the same operator.
Where can I register?
Public materials name Canada, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Russia. Your real country of residence has to be accepted on the form. Opening the home page is not proof you are eligible. A VPN does not change where you live.
What is the welcome bonus?
Ads usually show 120% and 250 free spins for casino, and up to 200% for sports. Wagering in public reviews is often x40 to x50, sometimes with a short window such as 72 hours and sometimes with a longer one. Read the offer you accept. Turnover is not profit.
Is there a promo code?
A code in a search result is not proof it works for your country. Pinco does not publish one universal no-deposit code that we could confirm. If a field rejects a code, ask support whether it expired or was never meant for your account. Do not send money to a person who promises to unlock spins.
How fast is a withdrawal?
A published 0–24 hour review is not a promise that the money is in your bank the same day. There is a compliance check, then the card, wallet or chain. The first withdrawal often waits until documents are accepted. Ask which stage is still open instead of cancelling and sending the request again.
Which USDT network should I use?
Use the network written next to that asset in the cashier, then pick the same network in your wallet. USDT on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain and TON are different rails. A familiar address is not enough. If a transfer misses, send support the hash and do not send a second test payment.
Can I withdraw without KYC?
No. Crypto and cards both sit under anti-money-laundering checks. Pay from an account you can show is yours. Do not open a second account to get around a document request.
Are the games fair?
Open the in-game rules for the provider and the RTP of that version. RTP is a long-run average across a huge number of rounds. It is not a target for your evening. A licence does not publish a separate audit of every configuration.
What if I want to stop?
Tell support you want self-exclusion, name the period, and keep the written confirmation. Do not open a replacement account. Independent help lines in your country and a bank block on gambling payments are outside the casino and still worth using.
Which currency should I pick?
Use the currency of the account you can deposit and withdraw in your own name. AZN, KZT, KGS, UZS, TJS and TRY are the regional ones we see listed. Dollar amounts on this page are examples. If the card currency and the account currency differ, ask which conversion you will pay.
Why did my promo code fail?
Codes are usually one-time, currency-locked and time-boxed. Copy without spaces, switch to the campaign currency, finish KYC if asked, and open chat with a screenshot. Do not open a second account to retry.
Why is KYC asked again after I already withdrew?
A later payout can check a new payment method, a larger amount, a device change or source of funds. Passing once does not retire the rule. Send sharp full-edge scans the first time so the timer does not reset.
I sent USDT on the wrong network — what now?
Wrong-network transfers are often irreversible on-chain. Open live chat with the TXID, the network you used and the address. Always copy network + address from the deposit screen in the same session next time.
Can I play from every country?
No. A Curaçao licence does not override local bans. Pinco terms list blocked territories (for example USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Australia). Playing from a blocked location can close the account.
Where do I download the Android app?
Only from the signed-in Pinco cashier when the lobby offers a package. Search results named Pinco are a malware risk. Browser play with a home-screen shortcut is enough for most players.
