Gift box

The gift box is a lobby reward you open with points or with activity, not a package that arrives by post. What is inside is set by the campaign: spins, a small bonus or a loss-back.

A gift still has rules. Spins inside a box can be limited to one game and a small stake. If the box shows a cash amount, check whether it is withdrawable or whether it must be wagered.

What Gift Box is

Gift Box is Pinco’s lobby reward chest. Settled real-money bets earn points; filling the meter unlocks boxes with free spins, free bets, scratch tickets or small cash-like prizes. Points are not withdrawable cash and cannot be sent to another account.

How points accrue

Each market weights differently. Slots and crash usually fill the meter faster than low-margin live even-money bets. Bonus-wallet stakes may contribute less or zero — read the Gift Box info panel in the logged-in lobby. Progress resets on a schedule published next to the chest; unfinished meters can expire.

Opening a box

When the meter hits 100%, tap Claim / Open. Rewards drop into Bonus or Free Bets and usually carry light wagering. Missed claims during maintenance are rare but possible — keep a screenshot of the full meter. VIP tiers can show higher-value boxes for the same point spend.

Fair use

Opening many micro-accounts to farm chests breaks the terms and ends in a permanent block. One adult, one account. Treat Gift Box as a side reward on entertainment stakes, not as a wage.
